In order to be successful in this course, you must have knowledge of the keyboard:  AIS 100 Keyboarding or AIS 110 Basic Keyboarding or Instructor's permission.

You must have the MS Office 2007 or 2003 program software or access to it.  .

You must also have email account.

CIS 103 Introduction to Windows helpful.
