rewrites the statutes every session, it is the responsibility of the real estate
professional to be aware of these changes. This class explores recent changes as
well as proposed changes in the Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS). Court decisions
involving real estate issues will also be discussed. An additional hour is

BUS 290 Real Estate Broker
Law and Finance 6 cr.
This is an advanced course
for individuals with at least three years of experience in the real estate
field. Students will review licensing laws of
